How the amounts work: we're an hourly service at $42.50 per cleaner per hour, with a 3-hour minimum, so gift amounts go up one cleaner-hour at a time. $127.50 is one cleaner for 3 hours, $170 is 4 hours, $212.50 is 5, $255 is 6 (or two cleaners for 3), and so on. The certificate is dollars, so it goes toward any service, and whatever it doesn't use stays on the account.
